Welcome to Apollo PV LLC! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including solar proposals, system designs, full photovoltaic (PV) system installations, and DIY solutions offered by Apollo PV LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read carefully before proceeding.
1. Services Provided
Apollo PV LLC provides the following services:
a) Full Service Solar Design & Installation

Comprehensive solar proposals, including system size, cost estimates, and energy production analysis.

Complete system design, permitting, interconnection applications, and coordination with local authorities.

Full installation of the photovoltaic (PV) system at the customer's property, including testing and activation.
b) DIY Solar Solutions

System Sizing & Design: Custom solar system designs based on customer-provided property details and energy goals.

Permitting Support: Preparation and submission of solar permit applications for local authorities.

Equipment Delivery: Coordination of solar equipment delivery to the customer's site.

Installation Documentation: Step-by-step guidance and technical documentation for customers performing DIY installations.
Apollo PV LLC will provide reasonable support for customers who select the DIY option; however, the responsibility for the installation and final activation lies with the customer.
2. Engagement Process
To engage our services, customers will:

Provide accurate and complete property information, including site details, utility bills, and energy usage history.

Review and approve proposals, designs, and associated costs.

Sign an agreement and pay any required deposits or fees to initiate work.

Cooperate in providing access to the site for inspections, permitting, or installation.
3. DIY Customer Responsibilities
For customers opting for the DIY solar solutions, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Installation Responsibility: Apollo PV LLC does not perform installation services under the DIY package.

Compliance: Customers must comply with all local building codes, safety standards, and permit requirements.

Risk Assumption: Apollo PV LLC is not responsible for damages, failures, or safety issues arising from customer-led installations.

Inspection Requirements: Customers are responsible for scheduling and passing all required inspections.
4. Fees & Payment

Estimates: Initial proposals and quotes are based on information provided by the customer.

Deposits: Apollo PV LLC may require a deposit to initiate work.

Payment Terms: Payment schedules will be outlined in your service agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

DIY Equipment Costs: Full payment for solar equipment is required before shipment.
5. Cancellations & Refunds

Full-Service Installations: Cancellation fees may apply based on work completed or costs incurred up to the cancellation date.

DIY Services: Refunds are not available once system designs or permits have been created. Equipment purchases may be subject to manufacturer return policies and restocking fees.
6. Warranty & Liability
a) Full-Service Installations

Apollo PV LLC provides warranties for workmanship and system performance as detailed in the service agreement.

Manufacturer warranties apply to all solar panels, inverters, and related equipment.
b) DIY Solutions

Apollo PV LLC does not provide warranties for DIY installations or issues arising from improper installation.

Manufacturer warranties still apply to delivered equipment.
c) Limitation of Liability
Apollo PV LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of energy savings or property damage related to customer-performed DIY work.
7. Permitting & Compliance
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws, building codes, HOA rules, and permitting requirements. Apollo PV LLC will assist with the permit process but cannot guarantee approval from local authorities.
8. Termination of Services
Apollo PV LLC reserves the right to terminate services in the event of:

Non-compliance with these Terms.

Failure to make payments as agreed.

Customer misconduct, including misrepresentation of property details or unsafe practices.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, and documentation provided by Apollo PV LLC are proprietary and intended for the sole use of the customer. Reproduction or resale of designs without written consent is strictly prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake City, Utah.
